KENDALL-JACKSON PINOT NOIR VIN CU GUST DE COLA
Recunosc că mi-au plăcut mai multe vinuri de la acest faimos producător din California. Presupun că dacă degustam anul trecut Chardonnay din 2015, cădeam pe spate de incantație, însă l-am ales să-l descriu pe acest 100% Kendall-Jackson Pinot Noir datorită postgustului său unic. Acest Pinot Noir american a fost maturat în butoaie din lemn francez timp de 7,5 luni. Culoarea sa de un roșu rubiniu deschis cu reflexii cărămizii, nu pare să atragă cumva atenția asupra sa, însă nasul și gustul te cuceresc. Nasul bucură cu note pronunțate de fructe roșii dulci și vanilie. Am simțit și câteva note delicate de ciocolată cu lapte.
Kendall-Jackson Pinot Noir – gustul impresionează pintr-o structură senzațională, catifelată cu tente ușoare condimentate. Aciditate medie și reușit integrată cu nivelul de alcool de 14,5%. L-am simțit cremos, delicat cu un final moale. Senzații cremoase cu gust de cola.

KENDALL-JACKSON PINOT NOIR SMOOTH AFTERTASTE
I have to admit, that I enjoyed more wines from this famous winemaker from California. I suppose if I had tasted last year the Chardonnay 2015 I would have been delighted, but I chose to describe this 100% Pinot Noir because of its unique aftertaste. This American Kendall-Jackson Pinot Noir has been aged in French wood barrels for 7.5 month. It has a light red ruby colour with copper reflections, but not the colour is the quality which attracts, but its nose and taste. The nose comes with notes of sweet red fruits and vanilla. I also felt some delicate notes of milk chocolate. The taste impresses through a sensational structure, velvety with light spicy flavours. The average acidity is successfully integrated in 14.5% alcohol content. A creamy, delicate wine with a smooth finish. Creamy sensations with tastes of Cola.
